"If I could give negative scores, I would. I live in a nearby town and normally go to the Hanover store, and I wish i had. I came in at around 8pm, and there were multiple people who had been waiting before I came in. Service was very, very slow. When I tried to order I was abruptly dismissed and told to “just use the kiosk”. Already a bad vibe, especially considering that the employees all reeked of cannabis smoke. I know it’s Taco Bell, but come on. There were children of employees (presumably, since they were unattended and set up at a table) screaming and making messes. Someone came out and yelled at them in front of myself and the other customers waiting. I waited 20+ minutes for my cravings box while watching them make maybe 5 or 6 drive through orders, and almost every single item was wrong. Including a half-empty bag of chips and a taco with approximately 1/3rd of the usual amount of beef. I paid to substitute chicken for steak, and they put chicken anyway. I have no idea who is in charge- if anybody is at all- but they need to figure out what’s happening here because this is hands down the most ghetto Taco Bell i’ve been to in recent memory. This was a hot mess. Asking for a refund through the app. Skip this one, go to Hanover instead. They’re at least nice there."

"Didn't make my taco supreme when I paid for it. My mother got a regular crunch wrap supreme and I got a veggie crunch wrap supreme with extra beans. Hers was visibly larger. With that being said, the restaurant wasn't dirty and the bathrooms were clean. Now that they don't have a fiesta veggie burrito anymore, and the quality of each taco bell varies so dramatically, I really can't see myself going to Taco bell anymore."

"Food was GREAT. My local location has a habit of making "sectional" burritos rather than layered with each bite being a different ingredient but these were made to perfection here. Watched an associate go outside and help disabled customer into the store and help them place their order and find a seat so overall great experience."
