"After speaking with several pool builders in the area, we chose MPS due to their fair prices and good quality of work. MPS also works with the best manufacturing companies for pool pumps/equipment/covers. Mark and the MPS team always answered all of our questions. We signed our contract in September of 2022, obtained plans, drawings and permits, during the winter and were first in line for building in the Spring. Our pool was dug and filled within a very reasonable time frame of 6 weeks, with concrete completed shortly after. Mark’s team was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and respected our property. We are very happy with the finished product and look forward to many summers of swimming with our family! Thanks MPS for a great experience!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. But unfortunately I can't! After a very stressful 10 months, we finally got the pool finished, and water put in. That was on May 31st, 2023. Since June 1st we noticed our water has been going down over an 1inch a day. We were given multiple reasons to this happening, so we sat on it, and filled our pool everyday. To make a long story short, it is June 21st, our pool is still leaking and we have no resolution as to why. They said they will order a leak test, but if they can't find the reason, then WE have to pay for the plumbing people that came to our house to test the leak. Now, how could a homeowner possibly cause a leak in a pool they have barely been in, since we can't turn on the heater for another week, and it has been cool out during the night? The highest the temperature ever got was 68 degrees."

"UPDATE: Work is being done and appears to be almost finished. This will be removed when the job is finished. Our neighbor has had a pool being installed for over a year. The pool itself was physically in at the end of last summer 2021 but currently mid May 2022 there are still heaps of dirt piles, ugly orange plastic fencing, machines and equipment lying around the yard. It’s a beautiful house and very nice community and it is a complete eyesore for the homeowners and neighbors. This house happens to back up to the golf course and I have heard a few dozen people complain about the horrendous job and how bad this company is for not completing this for so long. Many people have reached out to the company and its excuse after excuse and no progress whatsoever. Buyer beware!!!!! We will be contacting the city and the Better Business Bureau."

"Despite materials on back order Mark delivered his promise by getting our beautiful pool installed by the summer. Considering I hear a lot of peoples pools this year are unfinished or not getting finished as told, I feel blessed that ours is complete. "Hired MPS to install new in-ground vinyl pool after prolonged shopping around. They did a great job with very reasonable price. Unlike other pool services providers, we didn't have to worry about sub-contractors communication, scheduling, payments, etc. Mark was in-charge of everything and we believe he did awesome job! Highly recommended!"
