"I highly do NOT recommend it. I called the standard phone number and was told I called the wrong person (I called the phone number on my closing information worksheet).... She proceeded to transfer me to the right person, my call was disconnected right away... I called back and was greeted by the same person, when I was explaining what happened she was interruptive and irritated with me. I then got on the phone with a Jenna who was extremely rude and off-putting when explaining why we can't close today (I get it... closings get pushed). I told her that her tone was rude and off-putting and she got VERY defensive. This was the second communication I had with her on the phone and it was the same demeanor which is the only reason I spoke up... I get people have off days. As a local agent, I do not appreciate the lack of business acumen and professionalism. It's truly a shame and a disservice to the public & other cooperating professionals."
