"Went through the drive thru to grab my son some food after school. The guy who took my order and money was nice but then some blond lady with glasses threw the bag at me from the window and after the guy handed me my change she then slammed the window right in my face before I could even ask for anything else. Very rude and unprofessional."

"This Wendy's is your average typical Wendy's. Food is good, service is ok. Double check your order every time because not always, but sometimes items are forgotten in drive thru. Service is quick and I would say 60% of staff are friendly and generally helpful but realistically it's fast food, keep your expectations in check when you want something within minutes."

"I just got done paying $27 for two large combos that were wrong, along with receiving a medium fry and two very flat sodas. All of these mistakes and only three cars in the parking with one car ahead of me in the drive through. Spend your money somewhere local where you can sit down, you'll spend just as much and ACTUALLY get what you ordered. Unfortunately, ALL of the fast food restaurants in Gettysburg are pretty sub par and constantly make mistakes that cost the customer money."

"Clean, quick service, and food was made fresh. Staff went out of their way to make sure they weren't serving my wife and I stale and cold fries, nuggets, or burgers and actually checked on us to make sure food was to our liking."

"Went through the drive thru with my husband and got a 50 piece nugget. The lady who was taking our order didn't ask us if we wanted regular or spicy nuggets. When we got our nuggets they were spicy. I don't know who is training there people in drive thru but they need better training like how hard is it to ask to say " would you like the regular or the spicy"? I don't know but I'm very upset because I can't eat spicy foods plus it upsets me more that 14.99 got wasted on something I can't eat. I'm very disappointed."
