"Placed an order this morning for curbside pickup and get here and store is closed due to unforeseen circumstances. I contacted customer service to cancel the order and they said they couldn't, and that I should wait until business hour on Monday! Seriously what a joke!! Never coming here again."

"Went in there twice now. Once before we got our pool while we were still looking and were in the market for the pool. We went inside to inquire and without even the bat of an eyelash the gentleman behind the counter just laughed at us and said "Good luck finding a pool." He then went back to looking at whatever he was doing at the counter. That same day we went to another place and purchased a pool. We went there again after we got the pool just to inquire who they recommend using as a pool installer (we were just trying to get as many names as possible who were reputable). Once again the guy at the counter barely even looked at us and said "We don't install pools" and went back to his work. We now own a pool and have it up and running but I am extremely leery of giving them our business to look for pool toys and such just because of their awful customer service."

"So I'm seeing great reviews on this place and I must share my experience. Ordered chlorine online during the chlorine shortage. Called the store after the order was placed to confirm it is available since it is almost a 50 minute drive each direction. Was assured everything was good for Monday morning. Showed up as first customer Monday AM with order number in my hand. Assistant store manager started waving his hands frazzled stating there has been no chlorine for 5 days, pointing at the area where it should be, and being very popmus telling me I need to call corporate. Mind you, I'm the first customer of the day and he gave me attitude. Called corporate and was sent overseas. Waste of time."
