"Just mad slow, ordered 2 subs to be ready at 11:55, one sub was finished, the other took 20+ minutes, and i’m still waiting. I assume it’s gonna be good but still like this is whack. Maybe understaffed."

"Friday night, 725pm, ordered 1 medium and 1 sm sandwich. Took 25 MINUTES to get our order. Just 2 sandwiches. The lady before us ordered 3 sandwiches and it took her quite awhile too. Staff very unfriendly and seemed like they couldn't be bothered. Not even offering a cookie or an apology for the delay of the meal. Disappointing It gets WORSE -- I reach out to the owner who was nothing but rude and full of excuses (did you see the door dash/carry out orders?), etc...could have cared less about my complaint. Will NEVER go there again or recommend them."

"Not my first choice for a sub; family member insist this is the place for a hot sandwich. Personally, I just like my pastrami on a grill not steamed. Anyhow, been a couple of times and never had an issue with customer service, order incorrect, slow service etc. The foyer area could be a little cleaner, but overall not a bad experience. Would return and recommend."
