"Hygienist was very nice and great with our kids. Dr. Piovesan was knowledgeable. However, that's where the positives end. Wait times in the office were long, and while they "accept" our insurance, they don't actually work with it in a way that makes it possible for us to continue our care there, and this policy was not explained upfront. Office staff member was extremely rude on the phone on multiple occasions. Overall, this experience was not worth the hassle it took to become a patient there in the first place."

"We love going to this dentist (Hampton office). Dr. Piovesan does wonderful work and the staff is always courteous and friendly. I read a review that said the office atmosphere is depressing and the staff is afraid (???). My experience has been quite the opposite -- I think the staff are wonderful and the office is pleasant and inviting. My two children have been patients for around 10 years (along with me) and every experience with this practice has been first class. I've had a couple of crowns which turned out perfect. My son had a root canal that went very well and we've had fillings here and there. We think this dentist is great!"
