"Made an appointment for them to deliver two loads of water to my pool i installed.. Waited 3/4 of the day for them, they would not answer their phone all morning, finally when they did they told me they were not going make it today. Being self-employed taking days off means I lose money , I don’t get vacation days. Communication is key. All it would’ve taken is a phone call first thing in the morning to explain what the situation was and why they could not make it today. Piss poor customer service!! Would not recommend these guys to anyone!"
