"Went to have my pool water tested and sign on the door said "NO WATER TESTING TODAY." There were two workers in the store, so I didn't really understand why they couldn't test water. If the computer was down (not sure if it was, just thinking of possible reasons) do they not have a kit to test and make recommendations? Left and went to Carlton pools and received the customer service and PRODUCTS I needed!! they not have a manual kit to test and make and make recommendations?"
"I was looking for a pump for our pool and the girl that was behind the counter was above and beyond helpful as we researched and she tried to help us out. Long story short, the pump that we purchased didn’t accomodate our need but she was very kind when we returned it. I would recommend this location."
