"We use Colony Pool Services Inc as well as Colony Pressure Washing LLC at our home in West Chester, PA. We can’t say enough about the responsiveness and all around effort from both companies! Kyle & Kevin are fantastic when dealing with all our many pool needs. We’re weekly maintenance customers and couldn’t keep our pool looking it’s best without their help. As far as pressure washing is concerned… Jake is an absolute gem! Jake pressure washed our concrete, pool deck, retaining wall, patio area, deck & stairs as well as our front walkway. Also our entire shed ~ including the roof! Jake is extremely responsive. You hear back from him literally within the hour! He was able to fit us in his schedule in our time frame. His prices are also affordable and his work is superb. If you’re looking for a professional job at a fair price contact Jake!"

"I only used the weekly valet services so can’t speak to anything else with the company. Do not use the valet service! I’ve called at least 8 or 9 times this summer, not counting the times they messed it up and I didn’t call. They don’t seem to have any records of the constant issues I’ve had. Had one guy tell me he was wiping away invoices. Then they all showed up in my inbox right after I called today to report how poorly they’ve maintained my pool. Was worth it at that point to pay them and be done with them. Very poorly run team. I basically paid them all summer so that I could constantly clean the pool. Bad back and knees but I’ll clean it until I find someone else. Stay away from this company…"
