"Thank you, Top China for a very enjoyable Christmas Eve dinner. First of all ever since I have moved to Hagerstown ,I have tried several Chinese food places none of them met my expectation. Top China did meet my family expectation we ordered 8 dishes and some appetizers all 8 dishes were so good. Also everything was nice hot ready eat no warming needed.The only thing that they really need to work on is the egg rolls."

"I've asked for no vegetables in my fried rice but they put veggies in anyways then I asked for the chicken wings to be made crispy but they ended up giving me burnt wings, the texture was so horrible when I bit into it, it literally felt like i was biting leather! I have the Receipt posted too so you can clearly see they don't follow instructions! I had became a regular here, just like that I'm done as a customer. This shouldn't even had been given to me!"

Never again. Go to any other Chinese restaurant. Don’t waste your time or money on these people. The boxes are saturated in sauce"
