"Great work environment for 1st time lifeguards. Worked here for 4 years and now graduating from college. Appreciate all the support and flexibility to arrange my school with work. Maybe not the best pool company but BEST than other pool companies, trust me I've seen terrible companies that don't even pay their international guards. Thank you Continental for your support."

"Inappropriate, perverted, "jokes" made by older male lifeguards about some of the younger girls. One of the jokes made was "The thing I like about high School girls is that as I'm getting older, they keep getting younger and younger"."

"Some if not all lifeguards are given the answers to their certification tests, meaning that some of the lifeguards are not properly trained. You are danger of drowning and not being saved at any of thier pools. Some if not all Lifeguards work over 12 overs and inevitably fall asleep while on guard duty. Some Lifeguards drunk alcohol. Now, the drain and clean crews. I've seen some of the crew members leaving acid on the pools for way too long and stripping away a lot of the plaster. That's expensive to replaster. I've seen some of the crew members dump acid straight into ponds. That has to be illegal"
