I recently called to schedule a new patient cleaning, upon telling the receptionist of an issue I was having, she felt it was better to get me an appointment to get that assessed first. Thankfully she did, unfortunately the issue I was having was something that they weren't able to take care of, but they referred me to an oral surgeon and literally got me in the same day.
