"Here’s what one full season of closing and opening your pool with Olympic Pools looks like. Incorrect saltwater pool closure followed by incorrect opening and extreme chemical imbalance for saltwater pool led to extreme liner failure. Called to have them check saltwater generator and cell and they did absolutely nothing. Pools ruined by Olympic Pools, good luck if you call them."

"I have an old hot tub that hadn't been used in years and was leaking. Called Olympic Pools.. from the very first contact I couldn't be happier. Everyone was so nice. Craig came out to assess the damage. Brian called with pricing of parts. Cory came out to replace a filter. Well turned out I needed a new heatpack as well. Cory came back replaced that fixed all leaks and pumps and viola My old hot tub is like new. Very reasonable pricing too. Thank you Brian, Cory and team. I highly recommend them.."

"I’ve dealt this this company my entire life, my parents have gone here for 30+ years and I had a pool put in 7 years ago by them. Recently asked them for help getting a new pool cover, which THEY picked out and provided me with based on the pool which THEY installed. Pool cover is too small, and they wouldn’t switch it out for a bigger one that fits. Not a care in the world when I talked to them, just No Returns. Will never recommend or buy a single thing from them again."
