"I went here as a walk it. I was in extreme pain. The doctor could have made me wait to get my tooth pulled. Instead she took the extra step and got me taken care of the same day! I called 5 dentist's before aspen... nobody could fit me in. They also have two cute little pups hanging out in the office. The entire staff was amazing and kind. I'm so thankful."
"I had an emergency today and they fit me in. Everyone was very kind and caring. Highly recommend. I had a tooth pulled and couldn't believe it was out so quick with no pain."
"Awful experience at Mcknight Rd. I sat in the waiting area for almost an hour past my scheduled appointment time. Then I waited another 45 minutes for the hygienist. Neither the doctor nor the hygienist wanted to discuss my health with me. They recommended a procedure, and I had to demand the hygienist explain it. When the doctor came to talk about it, he didn't want to talk about any kind of health history or context. I ended up going to a friendlier office to get my records so I could get a second opinion. Edit: getting my records from this office was close to impossible, they wouldn't release them to me and made me fill out a form even though the form clearly stated that I wouldn't need it. I also did not need the $2500 procedure they insisted was the only way to keep my teeth"
"They might give you a free x-ray, but a free cleaning does not come with the process. Also I went in to get my Chip tooth fixed and they decided to want to schedule me to get my wisdom teeth pulled out, but they don’t bother me After they had me speak to a dental hygienist, I was waiting for almost an hour for them to come back with this ridiculous bill of $7795.00 for a Bunch of stuff that I did not ask for honestly and don’t need at the time so if you really wanna know how I feel about Aspen, a waste of time trying To profit off of people."
"We needed an emergency extraction on one tooth. We voiced our concerns that’s what we wanted. We waited 2 hours to even start the extraction process. They seem to book appointments back to back just to get people in and their money. They did extensive scans and wanted to do a cleaning. Which we refused because we kept saying we wanted a tooth extraction. They tried to charge us $500+ for it because of exams and extraction but online states free exams for first time clients. So after going over the plan. We paid $40 for yearly memebership (to save $300 on X-ray fee) and $240.55 to extract one tooth. He does the extraction standing up. Proceeds to say more problems might occur when he takes it out. He comes in extracts and leaves. Advice: say you have no insurance rather than they don’t take your insurance. They only do free exams if you have no insurance. They have a yearly membership which you can cancel after. I’m sure. It’s $40 yearly. Or say you have no insurance it’ll be free exams and X-ray. We waited two hours for the doctor to even extract while he’s in his office on his phone. They were nice as far as being attentive taking my mom blood sugar and pressure because she was light headed and not feeling well. But since they were aware they should have speed up the process. I think they need another doctor in there. It’s a one man show it seems with a whole bunch of dental hygienes As far as Aspen Dental, I’m sure they mean well but I would not recommend anyone to come here. The reviews are true. You will be blind sided about the proces. So be prepared. Only come for EXTREME last minute emergency or just wait for your dentist."
