"Food was great. Out of some sodt drinks and no milkshakes was a bummer."

"Management was more interested in "chatting" with staff than in helping other staff take care of customers. When we finally did get our food, it had set under the warming lights so long the bun was hard & lettuce wilted. Also, we tried to pay with a gift card; but we're told by management that they didn't take that type (even though we had used it at another Burger King weeks earlier). This restaurant really needs some work."

"Worst of the worst! Gave me a burnt whopper and bad service! When asked to repeat what I said bc I spoke to low when I spoke back the person yelled back at me! It’s always horrible and iv lived here 4 years and it’s never busy foods burnt they ran out of beef before and couldn’t make burgers! But there the king of it right!!!! Even previous employees quit because of these things. As told to me randomly! As you see in the picture it’s 4:17 prime time and not a soul in line"

"We picked up our order on the way home. The Burgers had hair in them and a drink had a eyelash in it. We throw it away. I called downvthe the manager and told her that hair is in the food. I said I didnt want a refund I just wanted to let her know about the hair in the food. She yeild at me and told me I was lieing then she hung up on me. Dont go there the food is bad, they are dirty, and the manager is the worst."

"The service & manager at this location sucks! The staff are extremely horrible. They cheated me out of my money & change from my order. I ordered 2 chicken wraps ($6.34), gave the cashier $10.35 and she refused to give me my change $(4.01). She claimed that I gave her $7.00 instead of the $10.35 and called in her manager in which didn’t help the situation because she was just as rude, ignorant, & slow as the other worker. Had the nerve to call me broke & said I must be hurting to want my ($4.01) back. I had to keep it together as best as I possibly could not to stoop to ground level scumbags. I called the police, but they weren’t much help. I asked them to review the cameras, but they refused so I filed a complaint with corporate in which I’ll be following up on. I hate this happened to me and hopefully it hasn’t or doesn’t happen to anyone else although it if has this has to stop. Justice needs to be served! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION AT ALL!! THEY WILL SHORT YOU OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY (ROBBERY IN PLAIN VIEW)!!! Beware you’ve been warned!!"
