"This place is a train wreck. Came for Sunday brunch. The wait was Loong. For a table for 2, we waited 50 minutes. Once we did get a table, it took another 50 minutes for the food to come out. As it turned out however, the wait was immaterial as I would not go back even if there was instant service based on the food alone. My wife got the number 5 meal and I had a meatball sub. Both weren’t great in our opinion. My meatballs were drier than Sahara desert and my wife almost threw up. She’s just a girl ya know. One a side note the cookies are fantastic you have my respect. Save yourself a two hour wait and get Panera or Chick Fil A."
"After years and years of observation, plus many trials and errors. I’ve come to the conclusion that this subway is 10x better than the other Subway across town by Food Lion. Amazing customer service, efficiency, and always on point. I see Sammy a lot of the times when I go in there and let me tell ya that man is a customer service king. Always a pleasant experience at the Ranson Subway."
"This Subway is one of the best in the area! The employees are always quick when preparing my food and it is always very consistent. The employees here are always very kind and accepting of any extra requests. No matter if I DoorDash or go in myself the food is always delicious! The inside of the restaurant is always tidy and the tables are always clean and nice to eat at. Overall a very nice restaurant!"
"Clean restaurant updated with the new Subway style. The staff was a couple of teenagers but they got up and assisted me quickly. The veggies looked fresh and well cared for and the bread was definitely fresh. Overall a good experience, if I'm in the area and want Subway this would be my choice for restaurant."
