"Service is good. Food sucks. Not because of anyone at this location, just because McDonald's has low quality food."
"This has to be the worst McDonald's I've ever been in my life. I tried it again tonight hoping for something edible. I went at rush hour when it was packed to make sure I would get something fresh. I got this fish sandwich that seemed like it was all burnt up and it was half off the bread, the cheese wasn't melted at all, the sandwich wasn't hot and I opened it right after I bought it, and the bread was stale. It was disgusting. But luckily I bought two hamburgers.. not only that but when I took a bite it tasted like rubber. Like a rubber tire might taste. It was that kind of sensory. I really thought that at least the hamburgers would be niacin hot and new. It was like they've been sitting under a light for 3 hours. This stuff was so gross that I wouldn't even give it to my dog. I spent like $15 on this garbage that I had to throw in the trash. It's one thing to have bad food but it's another thing to have food that literally is not edible. How were there so many people in line? Maybe there's something that they sell that isn't stale, old, cold and gross? I just haven't figured out what that might be. This has ruined it for me. This last trip was so foul that I'm pretty sure I could never eat a McDonald's fish sandwich as long as I live. The time before this and that was also cold and stale. It was like stale bread with the toppings.. how can the food be this incredibly bad?"
"service was horrendous. got frappes and fries didnt get either of them and when i called they said whatever and hung up. and with the drink i did get it had no straw hole and they wouldnt even let me call to even speak to there manager."
"I rarely go to this location as it is difficult to get in and out due to how busy rt 51 is. This location is also extremely slow, and has messed our orders up a few times. It's hit or miss when it comes to this spot. On the plus side, the staff is always friendly."
