"I came to this practice after having a really bad experience with a resident orthodontist at a teaching school, and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Noorani got me started with my treatment at my initial consultation which I appreciated because it made the visit super efficient since I was trying to have my braces off by a certain time. He was upfront about the timeline and the pricing and knew exactly what needed to be fixed. I felt relieved that he took me on as a patient because I had left the other provider halfway through my treatment. He listened to me and was empathetic when I was distraught about my teeth from the previous treatment. I was surprised the pricing was really affordable especially considering he had to basically start my treatment over and fix work from the previous orthodontist. He is an extremely skilled orthodontist and from the first visit I felt really confident that he could fix my smile. He is not only super competent, he also has an excellent bedside manner and works really hard to customize your treatment so that you like the results. Maria who assists Dr. Noorani is also exceptional at her job. She frequently assesses your comfort level whenever she is doing a procedure. But nothing ever hurt or was even uncomfortable! She is super efficient, does a great job with everything, and also has a great bedside manner. Jenny at the front desk always has a lovely attitude and has been so welcoming and helpful. The whole office is ran so well. I was always able to be done with my appointments on time and got taken back as soon as I checked in. As someone who works in health care, I have no idea how they are always so on schedule. Every visit I’ve had has been so pleasant and I’m so pleased with my new smile. This practice is so professional from the bright and inviting office, the skill level of the providers, how organized they always are, to how they treat their patients. I’m also happy they follow up with their patients once treatment is done, that is the sign of a really good practice. My only wish is that I had started my treatment here from the beginning!"
