"If I could give 0 stars, I would. I just recently changed pharmacy's and not only did they not have all of my sons scripts that they should of had, the lady on the phone and in store was beyond rude. I called before going and while I'm talking, she yells at me and says "Hold up, hold up, wait a minute bv I need to get my computer up". Then after I give her the info she asked for, I'm trying to ask a question and she talks over top of me again and yelling telling me to hold up and wait so she can talk. I asked her to stop talking over top of me and she aruged she wasn't and then hung up on me. I went up there after that and was speaking to a rep there and the same lady got rude again and talked over top of me. I told her I wasn't even talking to her and that she was still trying to talk over me. The other lady said it's bc she's high strung. Smh.. NOT all ppl need to work in customer service. Never did find my sons script either. And was also told no manager to talk to until the 13th. I've heard they are rude there and that's an understatement. They are rude and disrespectful."

"They're a perfectly fine pharmacy but I'm giving them a low review because, unlike almost any other business, they close down the entire department for an hour for lunch....whhyyy? That's totally unacceptable and unnecessary. There is no reason. These people get paid ridiculous amounts of money and all get lunch off at the same time so no one has to carry any bit of extra burden. It's appalling. People need their prescriptions more than these wannabe doctors need to all be off at the same time"

"I have never had a bad experience and been going there since the day it opened. I've seen the pharmacy workers get very frustrated but that was because of very rude customers."
