"I called in because I had lost a filling. I actually had it from falling out. My usual dentist for over 15 years was out with a family emergency. Understandable. Aspen in Cranberry said they could get me in same day. Awesome. I go and the lady at the desk and was super nice. Even though she couldn’t find my Guardian dental insurance. No big deal. The card was in my office at work. I offered to pay cash. I go back and they do all their scans and x-rays. The doctor comes back. She barely speaks English. Tells me I need a root canal. Then says I need another one here and there etc. I laughed at first. I asked can you just do the filling? I need to get back to work. She said she can’t it’s malpractice. Malpractice? Now I’m just pissed and annoyed. I sat patiently for a hour and a half waiting to be seen with appointment. You wasted my day to tell me that? I called ahead of time to make sure you could do the filling and I get the lady who barely speaks English just telling me root canal. I just got up and left. It seems that is all she could say. Asked the nice lady at the desk if I owed anything?She said no and I’m sorry. Have a nice day. What a waste of time with Aspen dental."

"Staff and establishment was Very professional, they got right down to the point and had answers for me immediately! This will be my dentist from now on! Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is cause the lady who took my ex rays and stuff before the doc seen me, kinda had an attitude when I asked her about the process of the X-rays…but all in all it’s in a great location so if I could give it a 4.5 I would!"

"Went in for a check up and cost for an implant removal. The dentist said I needed a deep scaling at a cost of $2200. I went to my regular dentist 2 days later for a cleaning who said I did not need this. They are business oriented and not customer oriented. Avoid if you can."

"I travel for work. I broke my upper denture. They were able to replace for me in 3 days. The new denture fits perfectly. Its comfortable. What an amazing dentist and staff. From start to finish... !!!"
