"Very unhappy, for more than one reason. I have been a patient at Best Smile for 3 years. I had a cleaning and checkup in April of 2021. I booked my next cleaning and check for the day before Thanksgiving, Nov. of 2021. I received a call three week after the April appointment stating they weren't open the day before Thanksgiving and rescheduled me for the first week of December 2021. As I was getting ready for my Dec. 2021 appointment, I got a call cancelling that appointment because the hygienist was sick. They promised to reschedule me. I called back that day and told them that I was having an issue with a tooth and was hoping to be seen. I was told that they didn't have any availability to be seen for several days but the cleaning would be rescheduled and could I wait until that visit to have my tooth looked at. I said yes but please call me if you have any cancellations. That was the first week of December. I have yet to be contacted to reschedule or to have . In addition, on a previous interaction with this group, I had a cavity on one of my front teeth. The dentist who worked on me did a terrible job! He left with with a circular crevice on the front of my tooth and the filling color is so off that it's embarrassing. I tried going back to have the tooth corrected, but it didn't improve. Now I need to find a new dentist!"

"I had a very pleasant experience at My Best Smile in Cranberry township. The receptionist was very nice and I only had a short wait before I was called in. The hygienist was really friendly and after she cleaned my teeth they felt wonderful. Dr. John was very professional and took his time examining my teeth and talking with me.
