"It took me a little bit to get hold of them in January. Their VM said something about some sort of hack or security issue. They eventually returned my calls, and were very helpful at each conversation. They didn't have a file on me yet, but the City said they sent everything to Portnoff. I was in a little bit of a limbo, as the City wouldn't take payment, and Portnoff couldn't give me a number. I sent Portnoff a check with my best guess, which took them a bit to cash. Overall, they were friendly and professional. I hope that the City of Bethlehem and Portnoff will resolve the limbo that happens in January. I also hope I am able to get my payments in before the end of the year, as that would solve this overall. It's my fault for not being on time, so I reap what I sow. Thanks Portnoff for being professionals."
