"Here goes. On June 25 of 2019 we had closing on the buck mtn hotel. Our divorce was final the end of Sept 2018. Even though my lawyer and realtor assured me that there would be no problem with the dispersement of funds from the sale because the abstract company would make sure it was right, that didn't happen. The covenant abstract allowed my ex husband to tell them I wasn't entitled to half the liquor license. My divorce decree clearly states I am. After I pointed that out. Angela told me it was because I wasn't on the liquor license. I also have a tax return and the contract from the realtor I had to sign for them to sell it. If I wasn't on it I wouldn't have had to sign that also covenant also sent papers to sign for the liquor license to be sold. When I pointed that out the story changed again now I wasn't on the S corp. Once again I have tax records that prove I was. Then Angela was always out. After a week or so the man answering the phone asked me why I was calling when I said I wanted to know what they were doing to fix this he got very belligerent. He wouldn't give me his name or Angela's last name. He started yelling so I hung up. This company couldn't have looked at any legal documents to make this decision. And then to berate me for wanting answers or for them to fix their blunder is unacceptable. Covenant abstract, my realtorand my ex husband are all in contempt of court. Don't trust them or use them Petra Radcliffe"
