"I have been going to Berts pools for about 4 years for chemicals. Always very helpful and informative. I went other places before always walked out wondering do I really need all this. Never happened at Berts. Also this year we had them close our pool. It was early but we needed it done. They did a great job. I like the job they did because they put as much effort and care into doing it as I would. Ive had other places do it and they took 15 minutes to close my pool. Like I said Berts did a way better job."

"Called 5 times for service on a pool they installed. Explain to the wife and daughter the problem and it wasn't a $100 job. Each time we were told "HE" would be out within a few days. We receive only 1 call after 3 of ours, stating they were very busy, but "rest assured" "HE" would be there this weekend. This was in the beginning of July. We have never seen or heard from Bert's Pools again. Horrible service!"
