"Tried to make a new patient appointment, phoned them three days in a row and all three days they were supposed to be open they weren't in. So I left messages all three days, and a week later nothing. So I called again and they answered. Transferred me to a woman who was less than thrilled I was trying to make an appointment. She said she was the only one there and said she would look at the schedule and call me right back. Well that was a week ago. Sooo found a new dentist. It's a shame that I had to rate a dentist a poor score based on her office staff!!!"

"Everyone at Dr. Dentice's practice is awesome!! The hygienists are super friendly and thorough, they make sure you're not in pain, and they always answer all of my (many!) questions patiently and kindly. They work together seamlessly and even check on each other to see if anyone needs help. And Dr. Dentice is wonderful! She's very friendly as well, very efficient and makes you feel comfortable and confident in your care even if you don't like going to the dentist. She even spoke to me about a facial surgery I need but never thought I'd be able to get and gave a recommendation of a surgeon to see. All three of the hygienists I've seen, as well as Dr. Dentice, give good recommendations for continuing care and tips to improve your teeth. The entire practice really is fantastic! I can't say enough good things about them and I am so glad I stumbled upon this office!!"

"Worst Experience ever! ... Long story short: Oct/2013 -> She did a filling on my molar, I couldn't eat on that side the very next day and continued the same for over 2 months. Dec 31/2014 -> That same molar was in severe pain so she started a root canal, the pain got worse the very next day, I couldn't even open my mouth. Jan 2/2014 -> She said she finished the root canal and the severe pain should go away and she prescribed penicillin and hydrocodone + acetaminophen ... the pain just got worse and worse for 4 days and when I called her she simple said to stop taking the meds and she couldn't think of anything else to give me. Jan 6/2014 -> I found an endodontist to see my case and found one canal that Julia didn't work on and had a live nerve there which was causing the severe pain, it all got fixed. I just canceled my future appointments with Julia and told to her assistance that I had a very bad experience with them, her answer was: ok, already ..."
