"12/15/2020... Went in this morning to check and see if my doctor had called in my prescription. I called and left a message on Saturday and he called me back yesterday morning but Missed his call..When I inquired about it at the window, I gave my name , He began to scold me about why didn’t I answer his call. Didn’t realize I had to explain myself to a complete stranger..VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL IN MY EYES.. WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN, DOESN’T DESERVE MY BUSINESS..DEFINITELY HAD A CHIP ON HIS SHOULDER.."
"The pharmacist is so nice and makes me smile. Good place to ger more one on one personal help."
"My mom has been going here for years, never any problems with prescriptions. He does well to know the majority of the people who comes there and goes beyond in helping in the community as well. He may not be perfect to some people, but he's great to us for a local pharmacy. Well done!"
"The guy is rude, everytime I go in with my mom and she tries to pick up medicine and she says my name he goes. "Who? Shelby Coates, Gimme some history." like he doesn't have a computer to look up my name to see which perscriptions he needs to fill. He acts like he's trying to remember my name by heart. And when he can't he's like "IDK who Shelby Coates is" then my mother has to explain to him that the doctor faxed him a prescription and it should be on his computer. Overall good service I guess. I get my medicine after he questions my mom. But when black people walk in he knows them by first name and is more than happy to help."
