"McDonald's is McDonald's. Food isn't as good as it was, and it's expensive as hell if you don't use the app. I don't use apps, so I guess that's on me. Could be easier for people like me to get a discount also. Just my opinion."

"Ordered online. Arrived to find all the curbside delivery spaces completely full of cars belonging to people dining inside. Went to the drive thru and they had difficulty finding my order. Asked for a refund and was told they couldn't give me one. The young man in the window was rude and the manager stood directly beside him and allowed the rudeness to continue."

"I like McDonald's, but they need to work on getting their orders correct because I have not got half the stuff I ordered. I had to go back a few times. So now I keep the receipt and stop and check my order. I understand people make mistakes, but this has happened a lot here lately."

"They get out order wrong 5/4 times, and generally have poor customer service 3/5 times. It's a shame because this McDonald's was run by someone who knew how to run a store at some point, but I guess that person no longer works there because it seems like the staff either don't care or have not been trained effectively."

"Have had bad experiences both the drive through and dine in as well as mobile order pickup. Didn't get straws sweet tea was awful and the overweight guy whom was smoking beside the building as I rounded for the drive through claimed to be the manager, was not professional in any sense, attire, talking or hygiene. I'll never stop here again."
