"Awful. Everything was cold. I ordered the daily double and got a single patty cheeseburger. We also got 2 McDoubles and they were made correctly (yay!) but cold and falling out of the wrapper. I do not have high expectations for McDonald’s but this was bad."

"Parsons West Virginia McDonald's is in a small town where everybody knows everybody I've been to this McDonald's on a regular basis until one day the cashier in the Drive-Thru had a problem with me and they did stuff to my food my grandchildren cannot eat there because you can't trust two people family members that will kick your food around drop your food on the floor and then serve it to you or just deep fry your hamburger I have complained so many times and this cashier's still working the drive through I'll take my business somewhere else"

"I wanted a chocolate ice cream cone. They only had vanilla, but they did have chocolate shakes. The shake was a little too soft."

"Super small town McDonald's. I stopped here to use the amenities and get some food during a 6 hour road trip. There aren't many places to stop, so it was convenient. The food was typical McDonald's, not my first choice for food but was hot and fresh. The counter staff was friendly and polite. The restaurant looked well kept and clean. However, when I used the restroom, it was a disaster. It needs a really good scrubbing from top to bottom. It was filthy. It wasn't a day's mess either. This kind of mess takes days/weeks to build up. If the restroom was clean, it would have been a 5 star review."

"Was the only customer there when I walked in. Literally had to pick the least nasty table to sit at cause all them were dirty. Bathroom was also filthy looks like it just gets sprayed with cleaner and that's about it. The employees were using language that was far from acceptable. Time and place kinda thing.."
