"I do not particularly care to go to a dentist but I will say since I’ve started going to Aspen Dental I cannot express what a wonderful staff they have, they are caring and patient and listen to what I say. They do a great job every time and I am always at ease for my appointments! Thank you Aspen Dental!"

"Both experiences I have had at Aspen dental have been terrible. I scheduled an appointment for an emergency at their earliest time available. When I arrived, the person at the desk was rude. I had scheduled an appointment and was the first person to sign in as I needed to get to work. Instead four other individuals were called back before I was. When i was called back, X-rays were taken and then I sat in the dental chair for half an hour before I was seen by either a dentist, dental assistant or even a hygienist resulting in my being an hour and half late for work. When I was finally seen, the first dentist talked down to me like I was a child instead of an adult. Then I was told she could not help me with my emergency today. Instead, I would be given a treatment plan and need to come back several more times to have my emergency fixed. I was sent away and told that I will just have to deal with being uncomfortable until something could be scheduled. If you can’t fix emergencies or at least help your patients feel comfortable until something can be scheduled, don’t advertise that you can."

"I have gone to the same dentist for 5 years and then moved. I tried one dentist in Nile’s and it just wasn’t right at all. Then I busted a tooth and needed to be seen quick! I called aspen and they squeezed me in and fixed the tooth perfectly. So thankful!! The girls behind the counter were also great!"

"My husband Robert had an appointment. The receptionist was so very nice to see us. The Dental technician was amazing. The doctor was very helpful and very nice. The other receptionist was just as kind and helpful, both receptionist were fantastic. I have never had that kind of of experience anywhere else. I would highly recommend them to everyone."
