Reviews of Foulk P T DMD
"He is such an amazing dentist. He’s been my dentist since I was a teenager. Now as an adult and mom. He is also my children’s dentist. He makes visiting him fun for the kids and less scary."
"I had my 2 children scheduled for appointments early February. It would have been my 3 year olds first appointment but my daughter is a patient already there. Usually doctors/dentists take family members even if they don’t accept new patients because why would a family go to multiple places? But this isn’t just it. I had to cancel because of covid and the lady told me no worries, we will reschedule BOTH of them when you guys are healthy. So not even 2 weeks later My husband calls first because my son has an emergency with his teeth and she told him that they weren’t accepting new patients. My husband explained it was an emergency and she didn’t care, repeated herself, and hung up on him. Then I called later to explain that we did indeed have appointments for both and that he is a family member of my daughter. And she said it didn’t matter they weren’t taking nee patients. She was extremely rude over the phone. And it really just seemed like they didn’t want to have to deal with my sons emergency situation and that’s why they weren’t accepting new patients all of a sudden. Not only did she tell me a few weeks prior that it would be no problem and to call when we are ready in a couple weeks when everyone feels better. But she hung up on my husband, was rude to me over the phone, and did not reschedule like was prior said or I would’ve rescheduled right then when I canceled. Wouldn’t recommend to someone looking for a family friendly atmosphere as they are super rude."
"I took my 2 children there a few years ago. The office was kind of dingy. My kids both said the doctor was good. There complaint was the hygienist. She was rough and careless. Both my children left with sore mouths and headaches. Next check up time I made an appointment for myself as well. My complaint is the same. I have never left a dentist " checkup" as sore as I did that day. For 3 days my mouth hurt and it made my TMJ act up. The hygienist was very, very, very rough! Not only that but it was the beginning of COVID and a loud and obnoxious man kept pacing around the waiting room, socializing with the receptionist with no mask and then proceeded to walk into the exams areas as he saw fit because he claimed he and the doctor were friends. At one point he stood above my son and I as we sat, talking and spraying spit on us. Another client sitting across from us looked as though she was having some sort of withdrawal from something. The doctor told me I needed a filing. My new doctor disagreed and actually showed me a picture of the tooth in question. I was self pay so I wrote a check for over $100. It was cashed 4+ months later!"
"I've went to Dr. Foulk for a few years now and up until my last visit, I would've given more than one star because he is a nice guy. However during my last visit, I was scheduled to have two small cavities fixed on two of my front teeth. My teeth look worse now than they did when I went in. He was running behind and I was the last appointment of the day, so my procedure got rushed it seemed. I was in and out in about 15 minutes....yep 15 minutes. My teeth feel rough, my fillings look clear not white, and it seems like he drilled too much out of my one tooth. Not too mention he was confident that I didnt need novacane even though I was visibly anxious about it, so I didnt get it, probably because he didnt want to wait for it to kick in so he could go home. Point is, I'm embarrassed of my teeth and now I'm left paying for the bill. On top of that I just had to find another dentist to see if he can fix my front teeth so I can be confident again. That's more money out of my pocket that i shouldn't have to pay."
"I have known Paul for a long time. I wanted my teeth pulled (I never took care of them) another dentist said if there were good teeth they wouldn't pull them...I went to Paul he took x-rays sent it to my insurance and...you got it. I got them pulled and dentures. Paul is a very easy going guy who likes to hunt and enjoys a good joke. I tell everyone I know he's the guy to see. Tell him I sent you! Hope I've sent him lots of business and will continue to!"
