"I typically don't leave negative feedback but I felt it is necessary. I just purchased a new car and needed to remove the insurance from the old car and add the new car to the policy. We have been with this insurance for over 13 years for cars and home. I had 3 agents asking for the vin and what date I purchased the new car. On 8/9/2021, I called the office to followup the status of all paperwork and any information needed for the new car (after 3 weeks); and they transferred me to Susan. She asked me who I have talked to last two weeks and I told her several people but don't know the specific name. While driving, I told her that I don't have the vin number and the exact date on hand that I purchased the vehicle 3 weeks ago. I told her that other agents have collected that info several times before. I also told her that one agent asked where I bought the car and if I financed it. I told Susan that the agent that I didn't get the name got the dealer information from me and will reach out to the dealership to get all of that information and not to worry. Not sure if it was taken care off or not. I asked Susan why I needed to provide that information again and why can't she look my name and existing policy up. She repeatedly asked for my vin and date of purchase over and over again. I continue to tell her that I was driving in a car and can't possible do that at the time. As a customer for 13 years, I felt that information would be easy to look up since other agents should have included that on file. I also asked if any information about the agent that was helping me. She started to scream at me and in response I wasn't happy. I was also irritated with her action. She asked for my name again and phone number and promised to call me back. Of course no phone call from her! I am not sure what the culture of the agents there but I didn't have a good experience with Susan. My experience with Susan was at best rude"
