"Very nice statue of Phil. Phil was easy to find, and parking was not free but also easy to find. All of the statues are fun to find and look at. This one has a post saying don't touch. This is somewhere to go individually, as a couple or family, and see the phil statue"
"Just up the block from Freedom Phil is Fireman Phil. He is a tribute to the late firefighter Leroy “Cookie” Depp. Featured on this Phil are actual patches from three fire companies in Punxsutawney and the number worn by Leroy. The family of the fireman joined together to sponsor this Phil, not only as a memorial, but as a tribute to volunteer firefighters everywhere."
