He was always available to jump on a zoom call to answer any of our thousand questions. His deep expertise gave us such great insights that when I tell veteran Disney goers some of his tips, I got “huh, I didn’t know that!” pretty often. If you are going to Disney, Mike is the only one I would trust to plan it - frequent visitor or first timer or anyone in between!"
