Very gentle and great bedside manner from the dental hygienist and doctor. Everyone gives good recommendations for after care and the staff seem to have a good repertoire with one another. Very efficient practice and I highly recommend."

"Going to the dentist isn't always a great adventure. Especially if you have a cavity or something else needing fixed. There's something different between a good dentist & an outstanding dentist and Dr. Teufel is that outstanding dentist. His staff is at the top of there game. It means a lot when you're treated like a person & not just a number. I think I've been going there for 23 years, never a complaint on my part. Keep up the amazing work you & your staff have done over the years and for the many more years to come. Thanks for being there."

"The office personnel who answer the phones are very rude and belittle the customer. Then they have to be rude to a child who is extreme tooth pain and refuse to see him. Then they lie about missing appointments when you know you called and cancelled and have proof that you do. They only care if you have dental insurance they don’t care about ones that don’t. They office personal demeans and talk down to you like your in preschool. Like they have the power and turn away kids that have been going there for 15 plus years. DISGRACE. No sympathy and DEFINITELY NO HELP AT ALL. Bottom line they said go find another dentist. They love leaving a kid crying in pain because they can!!!!!!!!!! Also violated the hipa law by contacting a person about a child"

"The office in general is very good. I've yet to have a hygienist who didn't do a thorough job cleaning my teeth. He is also very thorough when checking them after the hygienist is done. He does a very good job with fillings as well. He will respect your wishes as to what you want to use for numbing as well. I have never had a problem with one of his fillings."

"My husband and I have been going to Dr. Teufel for two years. He and his staff have always been very friendly, and Dr. Teufel always recommends what he thinks is best. He saved 2 of my teeth, and I am very grateful for that. By the way, if you say do whatever is best, then don't complain when he does!"
