"We had a really nice experience with the staffs here at the Consulate Office. Everyone was so nice, helpful and very professional. I was contacted to come in early before my appointment by the consulate office staff. They were extremely helpful and gave clear instructions and information. The website was helpful and clear as to what to bring to get your process done. I had some hard time with reading Thai but the gentleman in the office helped me every steps of the way. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. Coffee and water was offered on a very cold day. We are glad we came here to get our passport and Thai ID here. Bravo to the all the staffs for representing the Thai Embassy at their best."
"Plenty FREE street PARKING in the front, on the sides of the embassy. Thai ID finish within 10 minutes. Passport will be send to you within 4-6 weeks. Quick response to any email inquiries. In person services : staffs have smiley faces, very patient and very polite, technology made things quick. I did renew expired Thai ID and Expired Thai passport. And we’ll apply for tourist visas for our family."
"I booked my appointment online for 10 am to make my new passport. and they took me only 15 mins to get everything done. Thank you Royal Thai Embassy for their service."
"After going through what I went through to get my ID card in Thailand, I dreaded having to go to the consular office in person. Imagine dealing with Patty and Selma Simpson at DMV and multiply it by 10. Appointment for first-time passport applications and the whole process went smooth and pain free. Consular officers were courteous and super helpful with everything. Leading up to today I must’ve sent at least 30 emails and easily could’ve made the same amount of phone calls that were loaded with questions about birth certificates and passport applications. Everyone was patient whenever I struggled with my Thai. Thank you Ms. S. and Ms. P. for your assistance! 10/10"
"I bring a small group of students to visit Thailand, and the Visa office has been very responsive ane helpful, especially Khun Jariya. Also, my wife is Thai, and I appreciate the Embassy's initiative where the ambassador and staff visit cities with a reasonable amount of Thai people and bring the Embassy's resources to them. Thank you!"
