"My passport had been sitting in a que doing nothing for 6 weeks despite a expedited payment of 189, I called and figured out the issue, they cancelled my order without my permission immediately and tell me to apply for a refund, after refusing to allow me to speak to a supervisor. Very Shady and evasive company, I have screen shots and emails to document my horrible experience. If you need a passport, this is a total waste of time, and zero service and support."
"If I could give them 0 stars I would, please go submit your passport application yourself! This causes more delay and stress than any other procedure does! I paid almost 924$ this is supposed to be expedited and nothing is expedited AT ALL!!! and if you call them, guess what?! "worst experience that just takes money. was trying to get a lost passport in a week before a trip. only two call representatives couldn’t get the name of the clueless guy that kept telling me someone was going to call back (no one ever called back) called again for him to say there was no one higher up i could speak with and i can leave another message?? (like the first one did something) mind you paid almost 1k for a week turn around with out hearing from anyone but jasmine was at least very helpful to tell me that i had to schedule an appointment through usps (which we know won’t be a month from now) but there is a local walk-in place and they told me they would take my documents but some how jasmine couldn’t retrieve the documents to send to me??? and basically there wasn’t a way i could get my passport and she was thankfully able to refund me my money. i saw that someone said she couldn’t get her money back at all. literally ran around the entire day for no reason."
"This is absolutely the worst experience. I have called the customer service number 15-30 times only to talk to the same person “ Francisco” twice. He told me I would get a call back “soon”. He also said there was no way he could transfer me to anyone even if it is an emergency. This is a business trip and my job has paid for a service that has not been given. I paid for 2 week turn around and have an appointment today to send my paperwork out and they refuse to speak with me to “confirm” my paperwork. I’ve left several messages sent multiple emails and still no response. FedEx is no help either. I have followed all of their procedures and still NOTHING."
"I rarely leave reviews but DO NOT use this service. Paid for one week emergency service for my daughter’s passport over a month in advance, only after I paid did they tell me I had to wait until 2 weeks before my trip to even start the process, meaning I’d get it 1-2 days before my trip! Total scam. Luckily I made an appointment at the closest passport office the day before my trip after a ‘problem’ with my application and secured her passport same day, no thanks to them. Wouldn’t use this service again if they paid me!"
