"This horrible in satisfying costumers and has a tendency to lack communication among employees itself. I was assisted by Douglas for a quote, to join my father’s policy. After all was reviewed he quoted me for $251/month, separetly from my father’s rate. When the billing period not only were we overcharged twice for a vehicle that was already in the policy since 2017 (my father’s vehicle) but also came to find out that I was actually being charged $373 and not $251 for my vehicle. Once Douglas realized this he offered us a new insurance to make up for his behalf, we went forward with the offer. When the time to get a refund for what we were overcharged, they gave us a call to let us know that the check was in the office, I went over to pick it up and Douglas said to me “your father has to come get it”, later that day my father shows up to pick it up, only to find out it was mailed out two days before. They also have a tendency to double charge you a few times if you stay with them for awhile."
