"My experience in New Era insurance agency, which is manager name Yodit, is the worst customer service with the list knowledge of motor vehicle administration rules. I will never recommend this agency to anybody. Based on the Motor vehicles administration office rules and regulations; a driver can not drive with uninsured car. Unfortunately, Yodit “the manager of New Era insurance agency” lets her customer down by suspended the vehicle registration plates. More over, she did not intervene on time, not advise properly, gave an information not valid and with her bad manner she hang up the phone on customer. 1. Even if the customer remind this agency to process the better car insurance quote before the deadline approaches, she processed the payment two days late “after the car insurance already expired.” 2. Yodit said even if the car insurance expired, the next 10 days the insurance company will open it. She is seeing things from her business point of view. How about the MVA rules and regulations? She doesn’t care about the Relationship between the MVA and customer reputation. 3. Yodit said, if the car is uninsured less then 7 days, there is no problem with MVA. Based on MVA representatives Totally wrong information. There will be a charge for every single day of uninsured car driver and with an expencive penalty. 4. I see no regrets or remorse with this profit making business, except hang up the phone on the customer in the middle of conversation. I will not recommend any kind of service from this careless profit making business."
