"Yep. Again with locked doors before closing. I was willing to accept overcharging on things until I found that they overcharged me $4 PER BAG of shock over Anchor pool store. You have to press a star to get to write the review. Now between cheating overcharging, hours not as advertised, and half the time not having what I need despite the size of the store, I hope the space on Cuthbert Blvd gets something useful in place of this disgrace of a business. My next contact about this is with BBB. LESLIE, get out of my neighborhood!!!!"
"The free water test are the best part about Leslie pool supplies but otherwise sometimes the customer service isn’t very good I don’t know whether it’s due to short stuff or something else but it feels like they’re forced to be nice. Just as a friendly reminder when you get your results try to research yourselves of the best ways to fix something in your pool don’t buy everything that they say because somethings might be in larger quantities then you need."
"Handwritten sign on door said they were having trouble staying open 7 days a week. Went on a day they were newly closed. Went back a day they said they were open to find they closed an hour early. Perhaps corporate should look at management because they're having trouble figuring out what days and times they should be open between handwritten signs and online business information. Tried twice. On to the next store. Just close and let a reputable business thrive in our town."
"Went to the store 3pm in the afternoon and the doors were locked with a sign saying closed for lunch. After a few minutes, the manager opens the door to let someone out and shuts the door in my face as well as 2 other customers who were waiting for them to reopen from lunch stating she still needs to eat something. It's usually my go-to but I'm never returning there again."
"I went to this store several times last year and waited for someone to attend the counter and check out.Today I waited for a water test that could not be evaluated by the young cashier, then told to wait again to check out my two bags of shock treatment. The older gentlemen told me to wait until he finished with a customer who came in after me.The woman cashier turned her back and walked away to another aisle. I told them that I only wanted to pay for the products, blank stare reply prompted me to tell them I was leaving and not coming back. The older gentleman said "Good". I drove (5) blocks to another pool service business next to the Patco Commuter Train Tracks, I paid at checkout in (5) Minutes "Good for Me"!"
