"Absolutely the worst insurance company. I was t-boned by one of their clients who ran a visible stop sign and completely destroyed my car. Progressive treated me like I had done something wrong. Progressive has done nothing but screw me over since then. They would not provide me a settlement amount until the very last day they would cover a rental vehicle(which they did not fully cover) which put my back against the wall since I needed to purchase a new vehicle that same day. After having to settle with them, due to no other option, months later I find out that they deducted an amount due to a "Stained" seat that just so happen to be the seat right next to where their clients vehicle impacted my vehicle. The "stained" seat was not stained but covered in debris from the impact. Their reps were uncaring and only worried about paying out the very least amount they could instead of treating me like a human being who was just in a major accident caused by their client. If I could give a negative star review I would. For anyone who is looking to do business with Progressive be very careful as they will take advantage of you any way they can. I am lucky to be alive after this accident and Progressive could care less."
