"The majority of the time here is always spent with them determining why they can’t help you. I’ve never gotten a single piece of useful counsel from this office. Update: I came back, and they had an attorney there who was extremely helpful. In fact he saved me 100% on an issue I have been trying to resolve for months. And his advice was useful on many other issues. At first I gave up on this place, but I am so grateful I went back. I think it’s hit and miss here, like I’m sure it is with any pro bono legal aid.
