"Hi, it's me! I've been on hold for the pharmacy for the past 20 minutes while google's data says the store is not busy. Will happily change this to a five star review if you would only pick up the phone. UPDATE phone was answered after 25 minutes."

"Scheduled an appointment for some vaccines- turns out they didn’t actually have them. They told me they’d call me back since “they won’t be able to get in the system for 45 minutes” to check if other Walgreens have it but of course no call. Tried calling them and they don’t answer. Just time wasters."

"Incompetent pharmacy staff! I ALWAYS have an issue with them! They never follow up with my meds, if they have an issue with insurance, they never follow up with them not update me. I always have to call several times to get things done. Never answer their phones! Absolutely none of the women staff are competent! There’s one of the guys, and he pretty much is the only who does a good job! I don’t know what the pharmacist nor the manager does there! I have been having issues with them for 1.5 years now!!"

"Walked in to get a flu shot and I was turned away because I didn't have an appointment and they said that they didn't know if they would have it in stock without an appointment. I asked if they couldn't check their stock without me making an appointment since I was physically standing there and they wouldn't. Unbelievable--I was turned away because I didn't have an appointment, which I would like to highlight is NOT required! It does not say anywhere on the walgreens website that an appointment is required. Also when has there EVER been a flu vaccine shortage? It's not like the COVID vaccine. Wasted my time, went to CVS across the street and got a flu vaccine"
