"Palmer did a cavity drill and fill in November 2021, it fell out 6 months later in May 2022.the next available appointment was 30 days later at which time He redid it again in June 2022. This lasted 4 months when it fell out in October 2022. The third time he did it again in October 2022 that didn’t last a month when it fell out in November 2022. At this time I asked for a refund so I can have it done correctly at my dentist in Maryland. He declined it and told me he doesn’t know what I’m eating to make it come out. I have several fillings in my mouth that have been in for many years without a problem, each time the filing popped out was when I was flossing my teeth. I would stay away from this guy as he doesn’t back his work up and makes excuses for his shabby dental work"

"We are camping about 20 minutes from Montross. Last night, after munching on popcorn I was using dental floss and it got wedged between two tight molars. After attempting to pull it out a piece broke off wedged in place. This morning I called Dr. Palmer's office. I don't think they normally take walk in appointments but they were able to fit me in within a couple hours. Dr. Palmer quickly took care of the problem and showed me what to do if it happened again. The nice receptionist even looked up my insurance and filed it. Even gave me a sample pack of a better dental floss. The locals are fortunate to have this very nice dental practice in their community."

"This place was my first tooth extraction they we're so great at everything to the point I didn't even feel any pain through out the whole process. The receptionist was nice and the detal assistant was very informative and the dentist was on point. Even though I was very nervous everyone was very reassuring and answered any question if any were inquired. They were glad to even help me by calling my insurance provided ride to come and pick me up. Great service!"
