"The fact that it’s 24 hours is convenient. The pharmacy line is ALWAYS long. They never answer the phone when you call them either. The cashiers on the front are always nice though. I haven’t had any issues with them...With the pharmacy being so busy, one would think they would have better customer service."

"The worst customer service. Lines are always long, technicians are rude. I understand the "demographic" of this area but YOU filled out this job application to work here. You cant get an attitude and cut off the customer/patient when they are trying to explain how a prescription that has been filled at that location before (numerous times, mind you) was billed. I understand that policies and whatnots change with the insurance companies all the time, but there is a certain way that you talk to your customer/patient. Long lines, short staffed, no customer service equals a very unpleasant experience with each visit and I am tired of it. I will be taking my prescriptions as well as my business to another pharmacy that has better customer service."
