"On the day my prescription ran out (Friday Jan 19), I received a call at 4:30 pm stating that this store would no longer provide my prescription and that this policy was instituted on Jan 1. So why did I get a call on Jan 12 saying my prescription was being renewed and to expect a shipment shortly. This has created an unacceptable gap in my prescription. When I told the pharmacist about this gap she said to go somewhere else to get my prescription refilled. So much for being a loyal customer for several years. Also, thanks for calling me on a Friday at 4:30 pm to ensure that I could not transfer my prescription until Monday morning when the doctor’s office reopens. Complete and weird fail at Walgreens. Don’t go here."
