"This company is amazing. From my first phone call, to the spotless bus, and the Fantastic driver - Tyrone Manley there are not enough words to express my heartfelt thanks. Six months ago I called to do a trip for our Church, Calvary - Delran New Jersey. I had no experience, but Connie Gonzalez answered the phone, my questions, held my hand through the process, and the journey went off without a hitch. Tyrone carefully drove us to Lancaster to Sight & Sound Theater on time then whisked us to our dinner at Millers Smorgasbord with plenty of time to spare. We arrived home an hour before we were to - he was such a kind and professional man. Thank you David Thomas Trailways for your Fabulous Staff and for delivering more than we could ask for. "If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Do not book David Thomas Trailways if you want a ride home from your wedding. Me (the bride) and my husband, along with my bridal party, were left at the venue at the end of the night. Our bridal party on site contact was not contacted by the drivers before the buses left. In turn I spent my wedding night in tears, and we missed our after party which we paid a lot of money for. I sat on the curb waiting over an hour for the bus to come back and get me, by the time we got back the whole after party and night was over. We did not get to say goodbye to any of our guests. Worst experience that ruined my wedding night. The drivers for David Thomas Trailways were also extremely rude to me and my guests. What a shame to end my wedding night the way it did, all because of David Thomas Trailways. When I spoke to David Thomas Trailways they were not understanding and did not own up to their mistakes OR provide a refund. My one regret from my wedding is booking this company. If you want to spend over $4k to be stranded at the end of your wedding night, then book this company."

We needed to change the dates a few times because of weather and it was such a relief to work her in rearranging the dates and times. The buses always came early, were clean and the bus drivers were very polite. We're looking forward to working with Ingrid and David Thomas Trailways on any additional outings we have."
