"Knowledgeable pharmacy staff. Good prices, good listening skills, excellent for the elderly to pick up meds, and grab some others things while there."
"They really care. The pharmacist there, he is so kind and personable. He went out of his way, doing all he could to help me today. He doesn’t know me that well, so so known for a fact that he would do the same for anyone else. Not only did he help me, he was patient and kind throughout the entire encounter. I had an issue with my prescription. Not only did he find a solution to my problem, but he was more than willing to go above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the outcome. I’ve never been to a pharmacy with this much understanding and eagerness to help and resolve. You can tell he values his customers and our needs. He doesn’t look at us as a money sign or symbol..he see’s us as people… I am so happy and grateful to call this pharmacy my new primary pharmacy. It’s a business, but it seems more like we’re family."
"When I first tried to fill here I was asked "if I lived around here" because he didn't want to fill prescriptions for addicts. Second time I was refused service because they don't order "those schedule drugs". Also they have peanut and caramel M&Ms but no regular."
"There is little to no communication about when prescriptions are ready for pick up. Oddly, it is the responsibility of the customer to call regularly to determine whether the prescription is ready for pick up. The one time I received communication about a prescription is because I mentioned it was odd how I’ve never been contacted about when my prescriptions are ready. So, this time the pharmacy texted. However, when I arrived two hours later to pick it up, the prescription wasn’t actually ready so it seems like they just texted me just to avoid additional inquiry. Similarly to other reviews, it seems like staff don’t want to be bothered with customers and it makes visiting the pharmacy a rather unpleasant experience. I’d love to support a local small business, but the consistent problems make it challenging."
"Transphobic and rude, pharmacist has a horrible attitude problem and made it impossible to collect prescription in any way. Would avoid unless you want to be made miserable. Also terrifying that they didn't seem to have basic knowledge of certain drugs for prescriptions, are they even qualified?"
