"I really like how nice the office staff is. Everyone who worked on my teeth today was very pleasant, although there were 2 points of concern. When I went to check out, the receptionist tells me that I owe her $33 for the fluoride that was put on my teeth. I am used to being asked if I want it, and then explained that my insurance does not cover it and will be an out of pocket expense. Then while waiting for the receptionist to print out my paperwork, she OPENLY continuously coughed without anything covering her mouth. I know there is a plastic shield at the window, but she is not enclosed in it as there are openings in it. Oh and lastly, as I was paying with my card, I had to "Hand" her my card so that she could swipe my card."
"Had my 1st appointment today and couldn't be happier. They got me in fast from the time I called. There was no wait once I got there. Very friendly office staff. Private rooms and a Knock out Dentist.He defiantly did more than I was charged for, and did a beautiful job at that. The Dental Assistant Megan was very friendly and kept me relaxed and comfortable. I have always hated/feared the Dentist, Now I am looking forward to my next Visit."
