Reviews
"Website says they have walk in vaccines when the pharmacy is open, but when I came in they said they only do them during very specific hours. A bit confusing because there were several staff members there and no line."
"The pharmacy assistant was very dissmissive when I called and wouldn't even check if my prescription was sent in by my doctor until I specifically asked her to twice. I also had to go to the pharmacist in person to update my health insurance."
"Employees are condescending and presumptuous. They act like gate-keepers to your health and well-being. Additionally, service is very slow and inefficient. Would recommend a different pharmacy."
"The pharmacy has my meds all the time and the customer service is outstanding!!! Ive been using this pharmacy for 10 years; no plans to change."
"The people behind the pharmacy are nice, but my experience there recently was terrible. I called on 2 separate occasions to fill my prescription, only to arrive and them tell me its not actually in stock. When I asked why, the pharmacist launched into a 5 minute spiel with wayyyyy too much detail about all these niche processes that go on between pharmacies and drug suppliers, and I had to continually ask him to please explain in a simpler way because I am NOT a pharmacist, and don't understand what he meant. He took offense to this, and responded rather curtly. Sir, just like a doctor talking to a patient, your job is to translate what you know into a way that I, an ordinary person not working in the medical field, can understand, not overwhelm me with details. On the 3rd occasion, I called beforehand to ask if my prescription was ready, to which they said it would be in 30 minutes. I waited an hour, and then went to go pick it up. It was not ready yet, and I had to wait on it to be fulfilled. Of course they didn't tell me this, they just went back behind the counter and filled it for several minutes without telling me anything. The cherry on top though was as I was waiting on it to be fulfilled, I saw them physically throw my prescription bottle of pills back and forth to each other. Normally I really wouldn't care, but this was the straw that broke the camel's back that showed me they were careless and didn't really have the customer/patient's interests at the forefront. Tossing a patients pill bottle 10 ft away from each other in front of them? Bad form, and I would absolutely have switched pharmacies at this point if they weren't literally a block away from my apartment. Do not recommend."
